Burleigh Heads Telstra store*

Today I visited your store to find out about international roaming, using travel sim cards etc. I encountered a female with an i-pad at the front of the shop whom I found to be unfriendly, unhelpful and uninterested. Get the feeling that because I wasn't actually purchasing any product that she couldn't be bothered. Have been a customer of thelstra and in fact a shareholder for some years. Not impressed. She referred me to the website. Hane you ever tried to find out how much international calls are charged? Just give up now. Website is ridiculous. I had to terminate my interaction with your employee before I said something we would both regret. If I wasn't locked into a deal with Telstra I would bail today. Doubt anyone will read this or act on it, seeing your last review was September last year!

Although we have found all employees of Telstra business centres to be helpful, yesterday we experienced being looked after by Lauren. How lucky were we?! She is the most professional, warm, customer friendly person we have come across in many years and Lauren could only be seen as a huge bonus to any business. Thank you Telstra Burleigh Heads.

On Friday 1st July I went to the Telstra Shop at Stocklands West Burleigh, a rather disgruntled customer and wanting to change the plans I was on with Telstra and Bigpond. I was attended to by Scott, an exceptional young man who treated me with the utmost courtesy and altered my plans to exactly what I wanted. I left there a very happy customer and feel he needs to be recognized for his exceptional service,something that is rare these days.
